In the early 1950's, Bruderer responded to the metal stamping industry's need for stamping presses which could run at higher production speeds and achieve more accurate tool guidance to increase tool life and assure closer component tolerances.
Our patented new design concepts proved so superior in performance that within a ten year period, Bruderer evolved into the world's largest high-speed press manufacturer. The new design principle proved to be so revolutionary that many of those early features can now be found in our competitors' latest presses.
Over the years, we have continued to respond to the needs of the stamping industry developing new computerized control systems and the associated mechanical improvements to enable monitoring and adjusting press parameters while the press is stamping parts. The combination of precision, process control, and operator “ease of use” allow our customers to maximize productivity and minimize scrap production. Our latest development, the BSTA 510-1250B is setting the new standard as the foundation for Precision High Speed Stamping Systems.
